The Wareham Library Foundation, the Trustees and other partners are committed to continuing the essential services our library provides to thousands of Wareham residents. This is especially important in times of economic hardship, when the library is essential for computer use, job searches and other assistance.

2025 Annual Appeal
The Wareham Library Foundation is once again embarking on our Annual Appeal for
the Wareham Free Library. Each year we work with the library director and staff to help
fund infrastructure projects and books and materials, including a growing demand for
electronic and audio books and videos.
The Annual Appeal also helps us meet the Foundation’s commitment to fund part-time
staff positions at the library, which are essential to providing all of the services our
patrons need and want.
This year, we are hoping to raise $20,000 to help defray the cost of an infrastructure
project that will replace 30-year-old furniture throughout the library.
