Each story time will begin with garden time at 9 AM, followed by story time at 9:30 AM. Children have the opportunity to hear a themed story and participate in making a craft.
This program will continue to take place on Tuesdays through August 17. Story time and garden time will only take place weather permitting.

Bright By Text
We’ve partnered with the United Way of Greater New Bedford to encourage caregivers with children prenatally through age eight to sign up for Bright by Text. This includes parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, babysitters, aunties, uncles, neighbors, friends, teachers and more.
The truth is there are many great resources for parents and caregivers, but when you have little ones, finding the time to research can be challenging. Thankfully, local information on resources
and events is a text away with messages targeted to your child’s age with fun easy activities, positive parenting tips, info on physical development and more.
To sign up, simply text the word “Great” to 274448, to receive two to four short text messages a week. You’ll get a link to a page with more detail, short videos and links to resources. This service is provided free of charge by the United Way and their partners.
