Wareham, Mass. – The Wareham Free Library will only be open for curbside pick-up service starting Monday, December 28, due to an increase in local COVID-19 cases. Curbside pickup hours will run from 10 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, at the Main Library.

Five minute appointments can be made to pick up held items by calling the circulation desk at (508) 295-2343, extension 0. Upon arrival to the library, patrons must park their cars, and either open their trunk, rear door, or passenger window to receive items.

As a reminder, patrons still have the option of checking out digital e-books and audiobooks through Libby/Overdrive. Additionally, patrons can access the digital content service Hoopla with their library cards. Instructional videos on how to use Libby/Overdrive are available on the library website, underneath the e-resources tab.

New virtual children’s story time, book talk videos, and weekly themed activities are also placed on the website every Wednesday.
